Small Creation. Big Impact.
Join our workshop alongside other coaches, consultants, experts, speakers, teachers, healers, entrepreneurs, memoirists, and business owners like you.
Over 5 weeks, we'll guide you step by step, so you can write a very strong, very short book (a Micro Book) designed to
(For examples, think Pressfield’s The War of Art Series, Blanchard’s The One Minute Manager, James Allen’s 1902 perennial seller, As a Man Thinketh, or Johnson's Who Moved My Cheese.... but unique to you and your message and audience... and maybe much shorter…)
What's the personal value of writing a book to you? For many folks it's a life goal.
What's the value of getting even just 1 client from your book while your write or after it's published? For some of our authors, it's $1mil+.
What's it worth to you?
Here's what Daniel V. said: "The Micro Book Movement has been miraculously useful to me. There is no way I could have written a book without it. It feels so great to have actually written a book."
One of our first Micro Book students came to the course without a book idea, and he finished his book in under 2 weeks, all while using it to create leads for his brand new business.
How did he use the book to get clients, you might ask... Well, that's part of the secret sauce that you'll learn when you take the course.

Here's what Sarah Y. said: "Over the first 3 weeks of the course, I got clear on my topic, wrote almost 10,000 words, and got real life feedback from people who would actually buy my book. Ben taught me how to test my ideas and create a book that would not only make a huge difference for my audience, but also sell well and get me clients! Ben is so knowledgeable in teaching you how to write as well as how to use your book to expand your business."
How did she test her ideas, start building a group coaching program, and get book buyers before it was even written, you might ask... Well, that's part of the secret sauce that you'll learn taking the course.
Our Workshop and Community are built around a proven Method to write a book in under 5 weeks, WHILE having the book grow your business as you write and after you publish.
Let me break down the details.
Timeline and Structure:
It's 5 weeks long.
Week 1- The Writing Intensive: Saturday August 29th from 12pm PST.
Weeks 2-5- Refining the Book: We have two 1.5 hour calls that teach a Micro Book Lesson. Tuesdays we have drop-in Zoom calls for live writing time with fellow participants. (You can participate live or on recordings.)
On Mondays and Wednesdays, we'll meet between 12-1:30 PST. On Tuesdays, we'll meet at 12pm PST. See if you can get to all of them!
Note: some participants finish their first draft in 2 weeks with our method! (I think someone can do it in 1!)
Who is this for:
Anyone working on a vague idea, a draft, or the manuscript for a longer book.
Anyone who wants to test the market for a larger book idea.
Aspiring or established authors who want to write a nonfiction book that will deeply impact readers, while helping the authors create income and/or grow their business as they write.
Cost:
$297 for an individual.
Discounts for groups of 2 or more.
We would normally run this program at $1000-$5000 depending on group size, but so many people have more time now and are looking for fun, life-affirming projects that can help them produce income, that we just had to make this cheaper! (Also, perhaps at the end of this, you finish an amazing book, and it'll be a fit for our publishing house, Tonic Books.)

(Also, just so you know, about 1/4th of our members participate in these circles by listening in on the recordings. They get just as much out of the course!!!)
On Tuesdays, we'll meet for the writing circle at 12pm PDT. Monday and Wednesday sessions are for lessons.

7.) A Powerful, Supportive Community
No literary movement or famous author went it alone! You don't have to either.
Will You Publish My Book If I Take This Course?
We are always looking for amazing books, and we know the next amazing, world changing books are out there. While we cannot promise you we'll publish your book, we believe in our system so much that if you complete a book with us, you will automatically be considered for a Partnership Publishing contract. (Details on this will be shared during the course. To read more about our Partnership Publishing models, check out tonicbooks.online.
When Are the Live Writing Calls and Lessons (they are also recorded)
Lessons are twice a week: Mondays and Wednesdays at 12pm PST.
Writing calls are on Tuesdays at 12pm PST.
(They will also be available on recording for the duration of the course.)
Will I Still Get a Lot Out of This Course, If I Can't Make the Live Calls?
Yes. One-quarter of our participants aren't on all the live calls and they do just as well as those who are on them. Of course we'd like you on the live calls, too, though, because it's fun to interact with people while stuck at home.
What are the Time Commitments?
Roughly 3hrs + a week, if you fully participate and really want to write this book in a way that will grow your business as you write. But you could take as many hours or as few hours as you want to write this book each week.
How Long is a Micro Book?
I'm thinking between 5000 and 20000 words. (But you can write a Nano Book below 5000, if you’re feeling zesty.)
The real decider is this: Does this book deliver it's promise to it's readers powerfully?
Oh, and... 2500 words: is like a long-ish blog post. 20000 words is 11K words longer than James Allen's, As a Man Thinketh.
Why is This so Inexpensive?
What's the value of getting a book complete? It's a life goal to many people.
What's the value of getting one client from your book? For some of our clients, it's $1mil +.
What's it worth to you?
It's our goal as a company to spur the next wave of human evolution with brilliant books. To get these books, we must make it easy for people to write them and develop them. And right now with the global crisis, this is a perfect time for great books to be written, published, marketed and read and great businesses to be built.
"I love the structure, encouragement and connection that the microbook class is creating for me. I feel like I have found a new flow to move forward with the book that has been on my mind for several years and get it on paper! The classes are inspiring, move me forward in the process and help hold me accountable. I wake up excited to write, and I know I will complete my book and get it into the hands of the people who will benefit from it. Truly a great class full of energy!
-Julie C.

"The time frame of the course is great! Having this imminent deadline really got me focused on my writing and produced amazing results. I had only a sketchy idea of what my book was going to be about, so I didn't have much to start with. With one week to go, I have a clear purpose statement for my book, a detailed outline, and the lion's share of the content already written. "
-Connie W.
"This course has equipped me with the tools and motivation to get my book completed in a supportive class environment. It’s been a tremendous experience. I feel confident that my book will stand out."
-Alfonso R.
"This class came at the right time. It has been inspiring to be a part of this community and work on our books together. Ben knows his stuff and leads the way with great info and insights.
I would highly recommend this class!"
-Jenny M
"I didn't know that I wanted to write a micro book until Ben suggested it and as soon as he did it made perfect sense. I have never written a book before and had no idea where to start. Luckily Ben's workshop teaches how to formulate a compelling story, and how to ensure it will be read by our desired audience. The workshop includes theory and how to's as well as writing time and celebrations - Woo hoo!
I recommend this workshop so much that three of my friends are currently writing their micro books with Ben and his team. Just do it!"
-Christy M.
"The micro book course has been a productive process to get me started on writing my first book. Ben is a great teacher and knowledgable, providing adequate lessons for first-time writers. Thank you for this valuable opportunity."
-Yuliana H.
